    Renumber the remaining subsections consecutively and correct internal references accordingly

EFFECT:   Eliminates the requirement that a person claiming a sales and use tax exemption must comply with prevailing wage requirements and must use apprentices for no less than 15 percent of labor hours for the installation of equipment.
