    On page 2, line 6, after "of" strike "thirteen" and insert "fifteen"

    On page 2, line 22, after "following" strike "four" and insert "six"

    On page 2, line 28, after "(iii)" insert "One member representing a statewide organization which encompasses a cross-section and a majority of organized labor of the state;

    (iv) One member representing a labor organization of aerospace industry drivers of trucks, buses and similar vehicles;

    (v)"

    Renumber the sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT:  Adds two labor-related members to the Council, increasing its total membership to 15.
