    On page 3, after line 30, insert the following:

    "(7) No later than January 1, 2010, the council shall report to the governor and the legislature, the statewide economic impact on real per capita personal income, charitable contributions, housing prices, and the net reduction in state and local tax collections if the aerospace industry moved twenty five percent of its existing operations out of Washington state."

EFFECT:  Requires the Council to report, by January 1, 2010, the statewide economic impact on per capita personal income, charitable contributions, housing prices, and state and local tax collections, if the aerospace industry moved 25% of its current operations out of Washington.
