On page 2, line 17, after "(2)" strike "At a minimum, each plan must" and insert "When updating a solid waste management plan developed under this chapter, after the effective date of this section, each local comprehensive plan must, at a minimum,"
EFFECT: Clarifies that the provisions that require solid waste management plans to consider and plan for solid waste reduction, collection, handling, and management services do not take effect until the solid waste management plan is updated.
