    On page 5, at the beginning of line 26 of the striking amendment, strike "sixty" and insert "one hundred twenty"

    On page 5, at the beginning of line 35 of the striking amendment, strike "thirty" and insert "ninety"

EFFECT:  Provides applicants up to 120 days, instead of 60 days, to pay the one-time good standing fee. Provides up to 90 days, instead of 30 days, for applicants to remit the one-time good standing fee after the Department of Ecology has issued an order for failure to pay the fee within the prescribed time.
