    On page 1, line 16, after "includes" strike the remainder of the subsection and insert the following:

    "((a business, business opportunity, and goodwill of an existing business, or any one or combination thereof.)) business, business entity, and good will of an existing business or any one or combination thereof when the transaction or business includes an interest in real property."

EFFECT:   Modifies the definition of "business opportunity" to be consistent with the definition that will come into effect July 1, 2010 in the real estate brokers and salespersons law.
