    On page 1, line 2 of the amendment, after "Washington," insert "non-federally recognized Indian tribes with historical and cultural affiliations with Washington,"

EFFECT:  Includes non-federally recognized Indian tribes with historical and cultural affiliation with Washington to those Indian tribes who may contract with the Department of Early Learning for delivery of services under the basic education program of early learning for children who are educationally at risk.
