On page 3, beginning on line 12, after "growth." strike all material through "growth" on line 15 and insert "The level of phosphorous needed to support healthy turf and the agronomic application rate must be determined by Washington State University"
EFFECT: Replaces the requirement for the department of agriculture to determine agronomic rates needed to achieve appropriate phosphorus levels within the soil to support healthy turf growth with the requirement that Washington State University determine the agronomic application rate needed to support healthy turf.
