    On page 20, line 14, decrease the appropriation by $1,500,000

    On page 20, line 21, correct the subtotal

    On page 20, line 25, correct the total

    On page 62, after line 32, insert the following:

    "State Building Construction Account--State . . . . .  $1,500,000

           Subtotal Appropriation . . . . . . . . . . . . $10,000,000"

    On page 63, beginning on line 2, after "TOTAL" strike "(($12,036,000))$10,536,000" and insert "$12,036,000"

EFFECT:   Reduces the state bond appropriation for the Housing Trust Fund program by $1.5 million.  Increases the state bond appropriation for the Pierce County Skills Center project by $1.5 million.

FISCAL IMPACT: No net change to appropriated levels.
