EFFECT: Reduces state general obligation bond appropriations for the Washington Wildlife and Recreation Program by $10 million. Appropriates $10 million in state general obligation bonds for the Forest Riparian Easement Program (FREP) at the Department of Natural Resources (DNR). Eliminates proviso language requiring the DNR to develop a prioritization process for purchasing easements eligible under the FREP.
FISCAL IMPACT: No net change to appropriated state bond levels.
