    On page 2, line 2 of the amendment, after "section." insert the following:

    "(d) Money deposited in a special purposes account under this subsection may not be used for the construction, repair, or improvement of a stadium used primarily by or for the purposes of a state university."

EFFECT:    Prohibits money deposited in a special purposes account from being used to fund collegiate stadiums.
