Renumber the remaining sections consecutively, correct any internal references accordingly, and correct the title.

Renumber the remaining sections consecutively, correct any internal references accordingly, and correct the title.
EFFECT: Eliminates from the bill the general sales and use tax sections for the football and baseball stadiums requiring the taxes to expire when the bonds are retired, as required under current law.
