On page 10, beginning on line 34, after "stores." strike all material through "2015." on line 35 and insert "The tax imposed under this subsection (1) may not be imposed on or after the date when the bonds issued for the construction of the baseball stadium are retired."
EFFECT: Expires the restaurant sales and use tax when the bonds for the baseball stadium are retired.
