    On page 2, after line 18, insert the following:

    "(6) This section does not apply to a health care facility certified as a critical access hospital under 42 U.S.C. 1395i-4."

EFFECT:  Exempts critical access hospitals from the uninterrupted meal and rest break requirements of the bill.
