    On page 2, after line 18, insert the following:

    "(6) This section does not apply to pediatric units of any hospital licensed under chapter 70.41 RCW."

EFFECT:  Exempts pediatric units of hospitals from the uninterrupted meal and rest break requirements of the bill.
