    On page 13, line 9 of the striking amendment, after "28B.10.016," insert "the state board for community and technical colleges,"

EFFECT:  Adds the State Board for Community and Technical Colleges to the list of higher education entities exempted from provisions of the bill including: (1) requirements to purchase wireless services or devices through the state master contract; (2) limitations on information technology procurement for the 09-11 biennium; and (3) requirements to work with the Office of Financial Management and the Department of Information Services to generate and achieve the savings identified in the Omnibus Appropriations Act.
