    On page 4, after line 21 of the amendment, insert the following:

     "(5) The ecosystem coordination board of the Puget Sound partnership shall conduct a regular review of environmental outcomes derived from projects in the Puget Sound basin that have been funded under this section and shall recommend, as necessary, actions to improve environmental benefits of the program in the Puget Sound basin."

     Renumber the remaining subsections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT:   Requires the ecosystem coordination board to conduct a regular review of outcomes of projects funded through the storm water account.
