    On page 1, line 7, after "(2)" strike everything through "budget."  on line 9 and insert the following:

    "The transfer in subsection (1) of this section is to provide an unrestricted state general fund ending balance for the 2010 supplemental operating budget."

EFFECT:   Deletes the declaration that the transfer from the Budget Stabilization Account to the state General Fund is to minimize reductions to public school programs in the 2010 supplemental operating budget.  Adds a declaration that the transfer is to provide an unrestricted ending balance in the state General Fund for the 2010 supplemental operating budget.
