    On page 29, after line 17, insert the following:

    "NEW SECTION. Sec. 15.  The following acts or parts of acts are each repealed:

    (1) 2010 1st sp.s. c 7 s 137 (uncodified);

    (2) 2010 1st sp.s. c 7 s 138; and

    (3) 2010 1st sp.s. c 7 s 139."

    Correct the title.

EFFECT:   Maintains the Title and Registration Advisory Committee as a statutory committee.
