On page 5, line 37, after "seizure" insert "in the case of personal property and within the ninety-day period following service of the notice of seizure in the case of real property"
EFFECT: Clarifies that service of mail is deemed complete within the 45-day period following service of the notice of seizure in the case of personal property and within the 90-day period following service of the notice of seizure in the case of real property.
