EFFECT:   Requires the notice of noncompliance that a parent receives to also include language stating that occupational licenses, such as commercial fishing licenses, issued by the Department of Fish and Wildlife (DFW) may be suspended and that suspension of a license by DFW could affect the parent's ability to obtain permits issued by DFW.
