    On page 3, line 37, after "activities" insert ".  However, a person who is not a commissioned law enforcement officer and who provides school security services under the direction of a school administrator may not use a device listed in subsection (1)(f) of this section on or against a student unless the student's behavior poses a threat of great bodily harm, as defined in 9A.04.110, or loss of life;

EFFECT:  Provides that a school security officer who is not a commissioned law enforcement officer may not use a stun gun or other electric shock device on a student unless the student's behavior poses a threat of great bodily harm or loss of life.
