    On page 2, line 22, after "streets" strike "((and)), roads, transit," and insert "and roads, including adjacent bicycle and pedestrian facilities"

EFFECT: 1) Deletes transit facilities from the listed categories of public facilities eligible to receive funding derived from impact fee revenues; and 2) authorizes the use of impact fee revenues to fund the development of bicycle and pedestrian facilities that are adjacent to public streets and roads.
