On page 1, line 9, after "vote" insert "as long as the national election is not decided by less than two hundredths of one percent between the first place candidate for president and the second place candidate for president"
EFFECT: Clarifies that the legislature only intends to enter into the Agreement Among the States to Elect the President by National Popular Vote so long as the difference between the top two vote getters for President in a national popular vote is more than .02 percent.
