    On page 1, line 10 of the striking amendment, after "act." insert "Tuition and fees pursuant to chapter 28B.15 RCW charged to undergraduate resident students enrolled in science, engineering, technology or math programs shall remain at the rates charged in 2008-09."

    On page 1, line 17 of the striking amendment, after "programs." insert "Tuition and fees pursuant to chapter 28B.15 RCW charged to resident and non-resident graduate and professional students enrolled in science, engineering, technology or math programs shall remain at the rates charged in 2008-09."

EFFECT:   Requires institutions of higher education to charge 2008-09 tuition and fee rates to students enrolled in science, technology, engineering, or math programs.
