    On page 2, line 10 of the striking amendment, after "((2009-10))" strike "2015-16" and insert "2013-14"

    On page 2, at the beginning of line 12 of the striking amendment, strike "2014-15" and insert "2012-13"

EFFECT:   Requires that during the 2013-14academic year, tuition for full-time students will be charged at the 2012-13 rate, unless different rates are adopted by the legislature.
