    On page 2, line 29 of the striking amendment, after "through" strike "2008-09" and insert "((2008-09)) 2010-11"

    On page 2, at the beginning of line 33 of the striking amendment, strike "2008-09" and insert "((2008-09)) 2010-11"

EFFECT:   Requires the University of Washington to continue to use 10 percent of all law school tuition increases through 2010-11 to assist needy low and middle-income resident law students.  Requires that 10 percent of all graduate academic school tuition increases be used to assist needy low and middle-income resident graduate academic students.
