    On page 2, line 21, after "testing" insert "; and

    (h) The anaerobic digester must not process any fish or fish products that are listed under the federal endangered species act"

EFFECT:   Prohibits anaerobic digesters from processing fish or fish products that are listed under the federal Endangered Species Act.
