    Renumber the remaining section consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

    Correct the title.

EFFECT:  Removes violations of apprenticeship requirements from the list of violations and infractions for which violation of any combination of two during a five year period disqualifies a contractor from bidding on public works contracts for one year.
