    On page 3, line 13, after "(v)" strike all material through "making." on line 15, and insert "Specifically for antipsychotic drugs, a state purchased health care program will allow dispense as written if an endorsing practitioner is writing the prescription to treat food and drug administration approved indications for that medication."

EFFECT:   For antipsychotic drugs, allows practitioners to write prescriptions to dispense as written if they are writing the prescriptions to treat FDA approved indications for those medications.
