On page 13, after line 30 of the amendment, insert the following:
"(iii) Each employer may deduct from the pay of each individual ten percent of the amount of contributions that may be attributed to that individual's employment."

EFFECT: Allows, but does not require, employers to deduct 10 percent of contributions that may be attributed to an individual's employment from that individual's pay.
