    On page 92, line 18, after "Software," insert "Fully Unbundled Renewable Energy Credits,"

    On page 96, line 19 of the amendment, after "sandblasting" insert the following:

    "(j) Fully unbundled renewable energy credit.  For the purpose of this subsection (3)(j), "fully unbundled renewable energy credit" means a tradable certificate of proof of the nonpower attributes associated with at least one megawatt-hour of electricity generated from an eligible renewable resource, and the certificate is verified by a renewable energy credit tracking system determined by the department of commerce as required under chapter 19.285 RCW"

EFFECT:   Extends sales tax to the sale of unbundled renewable energy credits.
