    On page 4, after line 6, insert the following:

    "For a person convicted of hit and run -- death (RCW 46.52.020(4)(a)), the minimum term in the standard range shall be the minimum term in this section as it existed prior to the effective date of this act."

EFFECT: For persons convicted of Hit and Run -- Death, increases the minimum term in the standard range to the minimum term that existed prior to the effective date of the act.
