    On page 4, after line 6, insert the following:

    "For a person convicted of promoting commercial sexual abuse of a minor (RCW 9.68A.101), the minimum term in the standard range shall be the minimum term in this section as it existed prior to the effective date of this act."

EFFECT: For persons convicted of Promoting Commercial Sexual Abuse of a Minor, increases the minimum term in the standard range to the minimum term that existed prior to the effective date of the act.
