    On page 4, after line 6, insert the following:

    "For a person convicted of vehicular homicide, by the operation of any vehicle in a reckless manner(RCW 46.61.520), the minimum term in the standard range shall be the minimum term in this section as it existed prior to the effective date of this act."

EFFECT: For persons convicted of Vehicular Homicide (by the operation of any vehicle in a reckless manner), increases the minimum term in the standard range to the minimum term that existed prior to the effective date of the act.
