    On page 4, after line 6, insert the following:

    "For a person convicted of drive-by shooting(RCW 9A.36.045), the minimum term in the standard range shall be the minimum term in this section as it existed prior to the effective date of this act."

EFFECT: For persons convicted of Drive-by Shooting, increases the minimum term in the standard range to the minimum term that existed prior to the effective date of the act.
