    On page 4, after line 6, insert the following:

"For a person convicted of unlawful possession of a firearm in the first degree (RCW 9.41.040(1)), the minimum term in the standard range shall be the minimum term in this section as it existed prior to the effective date of this act."

EFFECT: For persons convicted of Unlawful Possession of a Firearm in the first degree, increases the minimum term in the standard range to the minimum term that existed prior to the effective date of the act.
