    On page 4, after line 6, insert the following:

"For a person convicted of possession of depictions of a minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct (RCW 9.68A.070), the minimum term in the standard range shall be the minimum term in this section as it existed prior to the effective date of this act."

EFFECT: For persons convicted of Possession of Depictions of a Minor Engaged in Sexually Explicit Conduct, increases the minimum term in the standard range to the minimum term that existed prior to the effective date of the act.
