    On page 4, after line 6, insert the following:

    "For a person convicted of animal cruelty in the first degree (sexual conduct or contact) (RCW 16.52.205(3)), the minimum term in the standard range shall be the minimum term in this section as it existed prior to the effective date of this act."

EFFECT: For persons convicted of Animal Cruelty in the first degree (sexual conduct or contact), increases the minimum term in the standard range to the minimum term that existed prior to the effective date of the act.
