On page 3, line 4 of the amendment, after "zone." insert "The signage must designate the authorizing local ordinance for public information and law enforcement purposes."
EFFECT: Provides the information to the public on the ordinance that established the golf cart zone when researching the ordinance. Also provides a reference for law enforcement personnel when enforcing the provisions of the ordinance.
