On page 2, line 14 of the amendment, after "less." insert "No local government may establish a golf cart zone unless the public transportation benefit area serving that area has a nonvoting labor representative serving on the board who is allowed to attend executive sessions at the discretion of the board chair or cochair."
EFFECT: Prohibits a city or county from establishing a golf cart zone unless the public transportation benefit area has a nonvoting labor representative serving on the board who is allowed to attend executive sessions at the discretion of the board chair or cochair.
