On page 11, after line 32 of the amendment, insert the following:
"NEW SECTION. Sec. 8 The marine interagency team must develop
the marine management plan in conformance with the provisions of
chapter 34.05 RCW, the administrative procedure act."
Renumber the remaining sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.
EFFECT: Requires the marine interagency team to develop the marine management plan in conformance with the provisions of chapter 34.05 RCW, the administrative procedure act.
