    On page 6, line 7, after "(c)" strike all material through "(d)" on line 9, and insert:

    "((Purchase or lease of major off-campus facilities by a four-year institution or a community or technical college;

(d)))"

    Renumber the sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT:   Removes the authority of the Higher Education Coordinating Board to approve of purchases or leases by higher education institutions.
