    On page 114, line 26, correct the total

    On page 119, after line 23, insert the following:

    "(31) The department of health shall continue to reimburse providers participating in the Washington breast and cervical health program at the medicare rate for digital mammography."

EFFECT:   Directs the Department of Health to continue to reimburse providers participating in the Washington Breast and Cervical Health Program at Medicare rates for digital mammography services.

FISCAL IMPACT:

           Increases General Fund-State by $578,000.
