EFFECT:  Deletes savings assumed by a closure of one residential cottage at Rainier School by the Division of Developmental Disabilities of the Department of Social and Health Services. 

FISCAL IMPACT:

           Increases General Fund-State by $220,000.

           Increases Other Funds by $30,000.
