    On page 221, after line 27, insert the following:

    ”(16) At least $119,207 of the general fund--state appropriation for fiscal year 2011 shall be expended on the longhouse center.

(17) At least $103,146 of the general fund--state appropriation for fiscal year 2011 shall be expended on the Northwest Indian applied research institute"

EFFECT:   Requires that at The Evergreen State College, $119,207 of the general fund--state appropriation for FY 2011 must be spent on the Longhouse Center and $103,146 of the general fund--state appropriation for FY 2011 must be spent on the Northwest Indian Applied Research Institute.

FISCAL IMPACT: No change to appropriated levels, funding is dedicated for specific purposes.
