    On page 192, line 34, after "2010" strike "((and $1,943,000 of the general fund--state appropriation for fiscal year 2011 are)) is" and insert "and $1,943,000 of the general fund--state appropriation for fiscal year 2011 are"

EFFECT:   Reinstates all funding in fiscal year 2011 for middle and junior high school career and technical education programs to receive enhanced vocational funding within the Office of the Superintendant of Public Instruction.

FISCAL IMPACT:

           Increases General Fund-State by $1,943,000.
