EFFECT:   Restores funding in the Department of Fish and Wildlife for wildlife disease monitoring ($162,000 General Fund-State); scientific assistance for salmon recovery ($250,000 General Fund-State); and land management ($264,000 General Fund-State).

FISCAL IMPACT:

           Increases General Fund-State by $676,000.
