    On page 19, line 11, increase the Building Code Council Account--State appropriation by $42,263

    On page 20, line 6, correct the total

    On page 26, after line 11, insert the following:

    "(33) $46,263 of the building code council account-state appropriation is provided solely for adopting the International Wildland Urban Interface Code, published by the International Code Council, Inc., into the state building code by reference."  

EFFECT: Provides $46,263 to the Department of Commerce for adopting the International Wildland Urban Interface Code, published by the International Code Council, Inc., into the state building code by reference.

FISCAL IMPACT:

           Increases Other Funds by $46,263.
