    On page 3, line 36, after "or the" strike "accredited" and insert "authorized"

    On page 3, line 37, after "manufacturer," strike "importer, or distributor" and insert "or importer"

EFFECT: Makes clarifying changes to: 1)correct terminology, and 2) eliminate references to spirits distilled by representatives and spirits distributors, which are not permitted under current law.
